If you haven't played the 360 version, This is great, If you have, its okay. I got this because I had to go on a state trip. And its really fun.

@Super989M It's too stripped down from its original game. It scares me to think of how a game like RE5 would look on the Wii stripped down to RE4 graphics and 480p resolution.

It's not comparing the consoles, but the games. I mean, you have to admit the scale-down from 360 to Wii is pretty drastic.

the reason the zombies fade in to the game is because the wii cant handle the horde engine so they really did an alright job to port the game even tho it was from the 360 which could handle it

I understand that, but IMO porting down a game like Dead Rising is loudicrous to begin with, they did a pretty awful job. There's tons of dead AI, from enemies just standing around, or getting stuck on geometry, not to mention clipping issues and hit detection issues. Plus the graphics are just fuggly. It's only $20.00 now, so maybe I might consider it, but there's too many issues that hold it back from being all it can be.

they're nothing wrong with the aiming redicule, Capcom made both dead rising and resident evil, and your not giving the game a chance

you have to get through the first 2 cases to get fun and challenge out of it and you only explained the bad parts none of the goodparts but I have to say the zombies are a lot easier in the 360 but I died a bunch of times in this game I'm on case 7-2 and I haven't died yet my score is an 8.9 out of 10 and for the 360 8.0 out of 10 Chop till you drop is way better no matter

Also the 360 had about the same number and length of load screens if you watch the gameplay videos on here, although they may be a little less frequent and long, but either way the 360 version is way better and has a lot more to load so its a little more justified. Good review all around by the way, sorry if i come off as an ass.

Pretty sure that the first we heard about this game was that it was going to use the RE4 engine...so what was your point? I like RE4 on wii, but they really should have rebuilt the game from the ground up, not using the engine for a completely different game type. I do enjoy this game however but may soon get bored and regret the purchase. No more heroes is a good game though. For 20 bucks its worth its few flaws. This should have been like 25 bucks 30 at most, agree with you there.

I was wondering about the graphics, when you played this game, did you play in on an hdtv. I'm play my wii and ps3 on hdtv but whenever i play gamecube and ps2 games on an hdtv, the graphics suck. So i'm actually planning to play this game on standard tv.
