well obviously you know what WDing, SHFFLing and CCing are but you don't know how to make them useful... 1:02 for example after Marths MISSED ken combo he WD to the edge to edge gaurd but he didn't do a Bair edge gaurd or a ledge-hop Dair... you guys try to show off your mediocre WDing between kills but you guys suck on the whole...

my stradigy for young link is to use his projectiles for distractions and atak from the air. I'v noticed nearly every com. player is vulnerable to his downward smash.

Interesting...I think that Marth could have been more aggressive though. I don't play Marth (I hate playing as Marth) but Marth can out range and out prioritize Y.Link close up, and if you're fighting up close, Y.Link can't pull a projectile (he shouldn't be able to at least). Just what I see.

Okay, I think I see the problem here.

Marth obviously has the advantage in sword length, strength, and speed, which forces Young Link to keep a distance away from him and use projectiles.

While Dan DOES use them a lot, Young Link's don't seem to be powerful enough to make a difference, especially since the bomb is a double-edged sword.

Another character is needed.... maybe Samus or Mewtwo?

you kinda... used WAY too many short range attacks. If I was your oppoment I would have taken taotle advantage of taht.

Pretty good for casuals.

Some things I noticed:

- Don't downsmash/dash attack so much. Both of those moves are ridiculously laggy.

- Use wavedashing a little more. I saw you do it to edgehog once - why not work it more into your onstage movements? Dash forward, WD back, wait for opponent to whiff, then punish.

- Space your fairs a little better - they have so much range, but you're running right up next to Link and trying to pull it off in his face. Back up and use your range to your advantage.

pretty solid difference in skills from the rainbow ride. Oh and your comment about saying special code words that deal with Melee, I never knew what wavedashing was until I looked up some vids of "pros". I had been doing that action all along. It just never had a name. You really don't need to know special words to be any good. I prefer walking anyways. Pretty solid skills though. I enjoyed watching this match and I could say you could beat a lot of people around here in Dallas, Tx.

wow you both improved a lot from your rainbow ride one. Test needs to practice lcancelling your dair more but thats the only thing that really stood out to me. Great improvements in wavedashing and lcancelling. =)
