@WrestlingHeretic no, Underdog used his powers in his Shoeshine Boy disguise one other time. i forget what it was called, but Underdog had to watch over this painting at a museum. and Riff Raff was trying to steal it. so, after a while Underdog brought the painting home 2 his house. but Riff tied a bag full of black powder i believe so him and his gang could follow UD home and steal the painting. anyway, Riff almost found out UD's secret, so UD had to trick him. using his powers.
To whom it may concern, this entire episode was made to parody King Kong. The sea serpent sounds like an elephant because the animators were paying tribute to Godzilla. Who also sounds somewhat like an elephant.
Haw haw this is funnier than some ol' vice-president lying to the whole country and sending us to war and getting hundreds of thousands killed for nothing and ... uh-oh ...
