so when they say drop 2 it means just dropping the 2nd highest note in any particular inversion 1 whole octave? So if he was playing a C7 without an inversion it would be written C,E,G,Bb and the G would be the drop 2? and if it was the first inversion and it was written E,G,Bb,C the Bb would be the drop 2? Thats how I understood it is this right? and Drop 2 does not change the chord itself right, its just a different voicing for it? Thanks!!!!!
@skrbeleven well it is possible. It is called ''tweaking'' those drop 2 chords. I recommend drop 2 by mark levine he can explain it much better than me xD
