My daughter Avril (survived) was born with multiple complications and they did not think she would ever live. She looked just like your little Poppy...
I am so sorry about your loss, if it's any consolation, my grandmother had a baby daughter who was born prematurely about 55 years ago last week, born 2 months early and sadly only lived for 2 days. I have another relative who went through the same thing as well, so I can understand how painful it is. You just might have a granddaughter or a grand-niece who is named after your late daughter.
