On this commercial specifically we can hear Cool Jazz and Smooth Jazz. If you're trying to find similar songs and artists, I recommend Melody Gardot "you're heart is as black as night", "baby i'm a fool". Nina Simone "wild is the wind". If you're not a jazz fan the start there and click around. It's a great genre but not everyone gets into it :)
