@aponcapone thanks for putting your comment there. I'd seen what had been written and was quite frankly too upset at the time to respond. I understand that this is a public forum and people are entitled to their opinion but what that person wrote was beyond belief. So thank you for challenging it. I have left this video up because it seems to have helped people and is testament to the joy of life.

Thanks to everyone has posted lovely comments about this video. Sadly my dad died last Saturday. He was very loved and we will miss him but have fabulous memories.
Thats a lovely video, my Dad has HD and obviously i am at risk and decided not to get tested (yet anyways, i am still 24) There needs to be a cure, noone realizes how much it kills a family inside and out.
Hi. I am Janie...the mum having the last dance with Allan. We are still dancing, although Allan is confined to a wheelchair. If you can keep your sense of humour you can cope with anything. Thanks to all for the lovely comments. love to all x
you are so right about keeping a sense of humour, as daft as it sounds it does get you through some heart wrenching times, thats just so beautiful to see yous 2 dance as i used to with my mum. god bless you and stay strong
We are still dancing but only in our minds as Allan has deteriorated a lot this year. We still giggle when I remind him of past times when we met in Scotland! Thank you for your blessings. They mean so much, especially at this time of year.
This is beautiful! I love Dad rockin' the tie-dye! I'm at risk for HD and have lost many members of my family to HD-it's so nice to see a video that shows that wonderful moments DO exist in a life affected by HD. :) Thank you for this video!
Thank you! This is so touching! Treasure every moment you have together.I just found out a beautiful friend has HD. I cried through your video and the other HD ones posted here. I will pray every day for a cure to be discovered, and for miracles. I pray God's peace will give you strength and help you to never lose HOPE. Thank you so much for posting this video. God bless you!
My mother-in-law has HD and my wife is setting the stage for her to move in with us. I figured I better learn about the disease. It was a real eye opener.
I thought I would post a link to my research for anyone that wants to read more about it. It's free, or course.
Thanks for the video. It really touched my heart-not to mention that bob and ziggy are my favorites. I lost my dad to hd last may. Your dad really looks like he is enjoying himself. My favorite part was the kiss. My dad and I would butt heads and even miss sometimes when we would give each other a kiss - it would make us laugh out loud!
just letting people know that i have created a "cause" on facebook to promote awareness of HD. just type in huntington's disease in the "search" box on facebook. thanks.
Thanks for sharing! I know your dad as my late husband was at the same home. I always had a chat with him if he was around when I visited John. Love and hugs to you and your family, Sue (aka sue_twin2)
My gf is 28 and lost both her bro and sis already to HD and she has it as well.I hate HD! But somehow it's a little(very little) easier to deal with seeing videos like yours to know that I am not alone.Thank you.
My Dad also has HD. This is a beautiful thing.
