Rope in 3ds max reactor dynamics

hi, im doing a braid for the hair of a character, is pretty good but, the braid ignore the body and dont do colision with the character body, how can i atach the body of the character as a rigid body (the body is animated obviously) thanks n.n

Thanks a million for all the assistance, with The rope reactor. Theres just one thing that I could not figure out after it worked for me , and that was it only played for 100 frames, even though my Time config was set to 200. Thanks
