this is a harrier jumpjet, a plane which is supposed to hover. what i think happened in this video is it either stalled or its thrusters broke. one of the guys didnt fall, it was part of the pilot's parachute and there was only one pilot

@XxHeadshotHarryxX it was an engine failier, if you look at the jet downwash you will see it stops just prior to the jet falling, a harrier can only hover for 90seconds due to the small water tank on board to cool the engine as no cooling is being forced into the engine as in forward flight,water cooling will run out after 90 seconds and can result in engine failing due to over heating
