GG and Settes are two totally different dance styles...coming from a prancing tigerette of Canton High School...it was very hard to have the movements of a GG...most ppl rather watch the GG hump it out instead of ONLY flipping throwin ya hair and wearing white women makeup...so yeah...they should dance and not only stunt and maybe you could compare...until than...stop watching if you hate the GG's that much...its clearly you like somethng...just like going to class and you hate it...lol

Yeah,, the style can be same but different 8 counts and that is all that matters. I wouldn't want the Dolls to throw the same 8 counts as others even though they are old as dirt. The GGs (Alcorn) have the same style but throw different 8 counts.

the GGs have been throwing that 1st 8 count at least since 1988, so I don't think it's matter of copying. They have been doing all of those counts for years, until the last few years (their no deceased president told them to tone it down). Youtube just has made it possible for you to see, what would've been oblivious to. Just look at the J-sette 80-90s tapes and the GGs 80-90s b4 assuming. You'd be shocked at what you may see. J-settes are just more known, which doesn't mean they did it 1st.

BTW I am a big fan of the J-settes, GGS, Dancin' Divas, and Motion, but people always try to rip the GGS apart as they do the J-settes and so-forth. I just sit back and enjoy the videos of all the squads and their crafts. All squads work hard and do what many dream to do and are inspirations to many people far and wide.
