I thought that these were made only with maida, never heard about adding wheat flour, what difference does it make though, if u add a mixture of maida and wheat flout?

I dont like to reuse the oil so I do fry in small batches so I dont have too much left. Because I do throw it away the left over oil.

Is there another way to mix other than by hand? I used my food processor to combime the dough ingredients.
