Nice vid, even though I didn't like the show much. Still surprised they killed Emma considering they obviously preferred her over Jean, whom they gave no real personality to nor gave us any real reason to care about her.

@KingCharltonHeston I agree, at first i didnt like the idea on a the show focusing on wolverine. But it did have its twist and turns that I never saw coming. Jean not being there for most of the show, Emma and Scott relationship, Rogue being a part of the brotherhood-things other forms of the xmen series never touch. I was so sadden when season two was cancelled. I really wanted to know what happened next.

@Whazzam06444 Well, the Scott/Emma relationship hadn't been conceived when those earlier shows were being done. I'm surprised they bothered featuring Jean at all, considering she's been dead for a while in the comics. They probably could have opened with her dead & buried & left out the whole Phoenix thing & it probably would have been better for it.

@KingCharltonHeston Jean/The Phoenix has a large fan base, excluding her would disappoint many. I think they were trying to appeal to everyone (i.e WOLVERINE and the xmen, Wolverine also being a crowd favorite) and get as many viewers as they can. Like I said before, I think they did a good job, I got Jean but not to much focus on the Logan-Jean-Scott triangle. You can only have so much of that before it gets old.
