Your's is the most insightful comment I have gotten so far. First of all, let me say that Sugar is not my dog. She belongs to a neighbor. She follows me almost every time I go for my daily walk and that certainly seems to make her happy. It was on the warm side that day. She is not in very good condition and tires easily. I appreciate your concern but Sugar is not my dog. She belongs to one of our other neighbors. She likes to follow me when I go for a walk. If she follows me all the way back to my house, there is water waiting for her. That video clip was shot a few hundred feet from her owner's house and I'm pretty sure they also have water for her.
