I think we take for granted how far we've come in portable gaming. I remember when I had a red game boy pocket, and my cousin a green, and this was the coolest shit around. Now we've got portable 3d gaming. It's crazy how far we've come.

Why did they even bother porting any MK game over to gameboy/gamegear?

Every version is aweful. and for some reason they include the pit when it's not even possible to do the pit stage fatalities. Williams and Probe should be ashamed of themselves for releasing these crappy attempts and not even bothered in the 1st place. MK1 for game gear wasnt too bad, though. even though it only included 2 stages, which one of them was The Pit.

I wonder how, and why, the producers let this game be released the way it is. I own it and think that it's runner-up to MK4 on Game Boy for the worst fatalities ever. The Game Gear version of this game was better, shockingly!
