Mark doesn't believe them until they point out how Jill treats him, always getting him to bake with her and taking him shopping with her. They then say that Jill's pretending Mark's her daughter. Jill grounds them for telling Mark that. Although, you have to admit Jill does try to get Mark to take interest in the things that she liked as a child and that could be why Brad and Randy pick on him.
