@Indarionnnnne yes and the leg on the other should go down. It's not supposed to just lock the head, it's supposed to add more power too.

@dyjath2010  three minutes are enough to learn that, and it's impossible to go out. (by the way, the name of this thing isn't "the triangle" the japanese name is sankaku jime(and there are a lot of form of this)
