What headset do you use?

@ThePMPPreparation Mine is a very simple Plantronics headset that I believe can be purchased just about anywhere... I do know there is a site called "Hello Direct" that has a really large selection that includes cordless headsets. I didn't want to worry about charging one and keeping track of it. I don't find the cord to be a problem at all.

Great! I have been using a headset with my phone for years. I try to time easy mindless chores like cleaning the kitchen and folding laundry with talking on the phone with friends and relatives. Or, if I get a call from someone I just want to chat wtih, I switch to one of those easy chores and go back to the ones that require more concentration when the call is over.
