  • Those were the days!

Dancing all night long then filing out onto the city streets in droves at 7am drenched in sweat. With a ringing in your ears.

    "where'd I park the car?!"

80s raves were without a doubt some of the very best I've ever attended. Feel the love. It was never the same after that.

  • Lots of warmth and harmony in the first song yo.

  • thank you so much for this. i have Face It but i didn't actually know the name of it or who did it. true classic mix, indeed.

  • a230845 joe smooth--- il be there

  • As usual great mix. I have a question? There was a house song from back in the day in which the guy said "I'll be by your side" what is the name of that song?

  • great music, but it would sound better if you did your blends on the breaks, you have two songs lyrics coinciding(or clashing) with one another, if you have to cut or jump closer to the break. Prefer oldschool mixes done the oldschool way on turntables with vinyl.

  • aww man I sold all my 80s tracks.. some of them first test pressings.. I miss those days... great mix!!!!

  • Thanks!!!

  • Hi, can you tell me where I can find this version of Liz Torres's "What You Make Me Feel"

  • hey bro larry played this hillbilly song wit harmonica that drove the garage crazy would you happen to know it...subscribe to ur channel cause ur shit is hotter than hot!!!!

  • The Only One that I could think of is Central Line- "Walking Into Sunshine" which was done in 1981!

  • naw... the song i'm thinkin off sounds somewhat like the group war might have made...larry would mix it sometimes with song odyessey by lenny harris

  • yea man that early trax stuff was like 115 bpm...thats so wild...we used to jack to this one with ft. Liz Torres, but now i can only sway, coz its like... 125 bpmis slow/or deeper house

could ...almost...be a good stepper track, first one..

All TRAX Records? oor some DJ Intl.??

Sounds like first one is TRAX, second is DJ Intl..am i close? these were both...1984-85?

  • I use to hear Timmy Regisford on the radio in NY play the second track. I don't remember the exact years those came out in the 80's, but I will check discogs for those.
