I think he means unlocking the 32 expert staff gostes 32 times but it is probly fake because for 3 BIG REASONS......... 1 because in the cheat guide and the cheat guide that came after says that u need 15000 points in 1 player vs and they mean choose 1 player then vs so it is probly real 2 why would he say that at the end 1 the biggest reason It says it in the second cheat guide that came way AFTER Mario kart wii.
