I think you need to have part 2 to this video. I can't get localhost to show the page up - just a blank page. My video is there and it shows how I can't get either apache or mysql to show anything.
I am new to Apache/MySQL/PHP. I installed all three. I follow your tutorial for Apache/MySQL. Apache localhost appears to be working. However, I can't get it to run a php file in the localhost. localhost then /phpinfo.php. (can't put together in comment youtube blocks links) It comes back with: The requested URL /phpinfo.php was not found on this server. Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) Server at localhost Port 80. Do I need to upload this file?
so what port should one use if ips block port 80?

Most IPs Block Port 80 Unfortunately. :(
