Police Officer Arrest Woman in front yard for Filming

What the flute? This is ridiculous. She might have had a desperate need for attention, but at the same time, why was she arrested? If the pigs really didn't feel safe that she was filming, could it be that their original arrest of the guys on the street was unjustified?

The police officer was definitively abusing. Why? At one point, he tells her to not stand on the sidewalk when she wasn't even on it lmao.

Hmmm well this depends if she was in a state where it is illegal to film police or not... If she was in her right to have a video camera, in her own property and she was complying to their orders.. Even if the cops are scared of any eventual situation , they have the training, and it is also their DUTY and job to protect and serve. I would definatly try to file a complaint as this situation was far from protecting or serving the general public.

I can kind of understand part of this - if she can video in her house that would be ok. I guess we have to understand their side part on that. Everyone is paranoid and scared even the police.

Next time tell them NO, you. Have every right to stand in your yard also the side walk and video.never say SORRY to them, if they want to violate you and arrest you wrongfully just put you arms out and say ok. ADter you get back home you stand infront of the police staion and post the names of these asshole pigs and protest, let the whole city know what they have done. u did great but got weak towards the end!

Was this the police department that then went out in retaliation and ticked cars for being parked 12 1/2 inches from the curb? People will only bend so far, one day they will snap and officers will no longer be safe on this earth.
