thanks for this great video...The Canadian Rockies areas are the most stunning places on earth..love Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Peyto Lake, the Glacier walk, all the waterfalls and snow-capped mountains...
Been here on our Titan Coast to Coast holiday .Words cannot describe the beauty .Canada is stunning .Go if only once .You will fall in love with the Country .We did .
On my first visit to Moraine Lake, it literally took my breath away. I turned to speak to my sister and when I turned back it took my breath away again. Photographs cannot do it justice. If you ever have the opportunity to come to Alberta, please, please see this lake. The entire Rockies are so beautiful and there are so many stunning vistas - you can easily spend weeks in the Alberta Rockies alone.
@Donlakyounomoah well you seem like some kind of local. were planning trip witih my wife there for 3 week this summer. will be ging with a compact pick up with small trailer and 2 dog... do you know is the camping over there are dog friendly... and if i plan on taking a tent for few days, if i can camp legally in the park..natural way.. with my dogs. ive try online but cant find a real answer if dogs are alound in the park .. thx
I,ve Visited This Lake This Year I,m still Young But When I Came here I Felt so At Home I had no idea why - I Was so Happy to See a Landscape so untouched By man I couldnt Help but cry alittle. I am an Aboriginal First Nations of Central Alberta-Or Indian in Your Terms- You,ve Changed The home of My ancestors to your World Too Rapid for Me to Adopt all your ways and for this I,m sorry, - But The world My people knew And Grew up in Will Never Come Back So I guess Have no Choice anymore. sml words
yeah go to lake louise first because you wont enjoy it as much if you go to moraine lake first..
lake louise is amazing but not as nice as moraine lake not to mention lake louise is way to commericial and you can canoe at lake moraine for like half the price
Aaah, the rockies. I've been there in 2000, although it was in the US, not in Canada.
I had lovely weather then. It is a very nice place, the rockies, one of those places that has this feeling of vastness, age and unspoiltness.
Although I am of course from a country that's flat as a pancake, overpopulated and that doesn't have much you can honestly call nature with a straight face. But even so I'm well traveled and I was very impressed.
If I ever end up in Canada I should go to the rockies.

No doubt, it an amazing lake. But I like Lake Ohara better because it's more pristine and no crowd at all.

God did good work making this natural landscape, you should thank him for it. Worship the creator not the creation.
