Just a warning if you're gonna try this; Don't put the hand on the side of the rooted foot on your knee joint like Bill is (his right hand). It puts unnecessary pressure on your knee and kneecap. Instead put it a couple of inches above on your thigh :].

They healing back stronger, and your constant stretching is keeping your from losing loosing but only maintaining the one you have. In other words you going too far! I don't care if you're not feeling any pain, ease back for a few months and see what happens.
