Well, most of the Batman Beyond episodes were pretty dark, but I think the scariest regular episode out of any non-DVD Batman episode was that one with the Scarecrow in the original Animated series with the fear gas. As for the Naga change the lead bad guy did, WOW! If I had be a Splicer, I would want to be like the Birdmen warriors from the old Sega Shining Force Games, my BB OC was such a splicer, but a good one, who was deaf and blind and got spliced, for curative reasons, but it really backfired.
