  • Dude you are playing that game wrong, the reason you are not hearing an explosion is because the game has no idea where you place your ships on the grid, you need to use the play book that offers "codes" these codes correlate with unique ship placements that each player chooses, you punch the unique codes in to tell the game the where you are going to place the ships.... (great because you cant cheat unless players peak)..... so ya... get the manual and read it before posting next time.

  • @skigod222 Ok well the guys name is IntellivisionDude, not ElectronicbattleshipDude so take it easy. I know they guy and I can garauntee that if you made a video and you said something wrong about the Intellivision he might correct you but wouldn't sound like an asshole doing it....so ya...don't be a cocksucker before posting next time.

  • Ha this game is excellent. I played the non-electronic game a lot back in the day. Never played the 'electronic' version. Looks amazing.

  • me and my brother used to kill battleship when we were kids great video man you took me back haha

  • This one from `1977 you have to program in each square.

So say you have a ship at b 3, 4, 5 and 6 you have to program it in as B 3 hit fire button then B 4 then fire button then B 5 fire and B 6 then fire. It is not like the newer battleships that you do B3 and then B6 and your set. This one had you put it in all manually.

And you have to press down on when you have it set. The load is for the second player you do load for programming then go to tell it you are ready.

  • watch?v=v3aXhB4bgKY&feature=related This video shows you how to program it. Hope that helps

  • @hogie267 Cool, i'll check that out tomorrow. Thanks

  • That ship must have been sunk completely lolol. Yes, they do usually make sounds :o( Best look at a Youtube review to see how it works :o(

  • oh and you have to program where the ships are before you start to play. there is no way the game will know where the ships are otherwise. This would probably explain why its not hitting anything.

  • @flynnz yeah I think flynnz probably right. As far as I remember you had to tell the game where your ships were before starting the game and taking shots at each other.

  • @MoreDakka101 Thanks dude

  • @flynnz Thanks for the info.

  • oh man, me and my bro had this, it was super bad ass for the time. Thanks for showing.
