You can tell by Grundys body language that he's bluffing. He leans back the whole hand in his seat until he decides he wants to bluff and then hunches over the table to project strength :P
Not in this case, or in most cases after the flop. When a player gets determined to win a pot and suddenly leans over the table after being bet into, and then raises, he's trying to project strength, and Antonio knew it.
I guess you might be right, tells are a complicated concept anyway. But I know I have learned that tell is a strength tell, and that was from mike caro's pro poker tells, which I highly recommend by the way :)

Hunching over the table is a tell, meaning one is really wanting to be involved in a pot. So that is usually not a bluff.
