@TheLocalcat I recommend Mitsu No Aji a.k.a A Taste of Honey although it's more "controversial" than this drama because the main pairing are supposed to be niece/uncle but not really... anyway it's quite good and it's about a doctor and medical student :)

can anyone recommend a japanese or taiwanese or korean lol drama that is similar to this one.. you know a good storyline that doesn't have excessive romance but is actually moving and heart-warming and just keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time..thank you it's just that I LOVED this drama i honestly think it's more real than most dramas i've seen..

@syaoranfeathers49 hmm lets see you might love "Taiyou no uta"(the drama not the movie) or "Last Friends"... they have drama and romance... you may also like "LIFE", although its theme can be seen as harsh, i still think it's an amazing drama.. one of my favorites, with amazing actors
