I have been a fan of Gong and David Allen for more than a decade.

My favorite is "YOU" album. That's just not of this world music.

Maybe you should contact David. I got a hunch he might like the video too.

And have you checked Acid Mothers Temple?

If not try to find "Mantra of Love" cd and listen to the first track "La Le Lo" That's some amazing psychedelic/mind expansion music.

Thanks, glad you like it. I'm sure Daevid would like this stuff too, but I really have no way of contacting him, I wish I did though. My favorite Gong album is "You" as well. And I definitely listen to AMT. I remember the first time I listened to them, was the first time I smoked salvia. I was in the back of a friends car, took a huge hit out the window, he put on "Bon Voyage Au LSD", it felt, and looked as if my head went right through the roof and was swaying miles up in the clouds.

Yeah, too bad we cannot communicate with David let alone cannot even see a gig of Gong in America. I am just glad at least AMT continously tours America. Did you see them this spring tour? I did in L.A. and band was in top form (as usual). I am looking for more psyche/mind expansion rock bands touring America. Any suggestion?

No I unfortunately didn't. It was AMT and Guru Guru I believe. I was gonna go up to Cleveland, to see them, but I was on probation at the time, and my PO was a douche.

Thanks man. You might want to check out this guys music, his names Daevid Allen, the founder of the band Gong. And the original quality for this song (before youtube raped it) is MUCH better, completely mind blowing. And if you happen to enjoy the natural high of marijuana, than I recommend getting cozy and listening to this song after smoking, fucking magic.

haha yeahh im quite familiar with gong and all the pothead pixies. and yes i happen to live on the natural high of marijuana, marijuana is the only way to go. well of course, shrooms is another way to go. i just hate how gong cd's are very hard to find nowadays

I know what you mean by the cds being hard to find, One time I ordered a couple cds from the Gong website, and it took five months to ship. But there is a library around here that most have some old hippie, because they have Grateful Dead box sets, Hendrex, etc, and even a bunch of Gong and Hillage.
