I'd check and see if they put the can in sideways when it was bring restored or if the bulb is just turned a quarter, (there are bumps around the rim of the bulb that help you align it.) It should be an easy fix. And it will look better when the headlights are on too.
@JimsEquipmentShed IDK but he told me he bought it in fairly average shape and did some personal customization on the body work and did some work on the engine... It's pretty beast when he started it
It is not a 69. This is a 67 1/2. It is a low windshield car. It is very nice anyway!
