  • At the I thought that you would realize part it's Bm then try that second chords that's used on that double fantasy song starting over but move it to the second fret

  • It's a G6 after Am not C at the part when John sing I---------thought that you would realize

  • Great song and a great job playing it. I have this song on Anthology (spelling?) I think where you hear John trying to make the song work as a waltz in 6/8 time. It's amazing to me those guys could just decide to switch the time signature at a drop of the hat!

  • Very cool! It's amazing to hear an old favorite in a new way, (listening to the delightful chord changes). The varied strumming is a little odd. Thanks much for posting it!

  • Love the playing. subscibribed to you months ago. Dont know how you find enough hours in the day to do this. That guitar is beautiful. Please let me know what it is, I must have one!

  • I do love your vids so much Thank you

  • Great as always. What is the chord at 0:09?

  • @cspagnoli It is a C chord with the E string fretted at the G (3rd)

  • THANK YOU MR PRIVETTRICKER HAPPY CHRISTMAS

  • @crazyhorse797 It's a shame my uploads are educational on how to use proper grammar. Then you'd be my biggest fan.

  • @crazyhorse797 educational? first learn the guitar THEN watch these videos and learn the song. These chords are basic stuff really.

  • Hey Privettricker - many thanks for entertaining me throughout 2011. Hope you and your family have a brilliant Christmas and very best wishes for 2012. Cheers from the UK. Bill

  • @crazyhorse797 My point exactly. What you just described doesn't warrant you posting a comment knocking how I record my videos, does it?

  • @crazyhorse797 But why would you assume I or anybody else cares what you would prefer? This isn't your channel. It's mine. There's nothing stopping you from creating your own channel where you play without backing recordings. Best of luck to you.

  • @crazyhorse797 You're obviously new to his channel - watch and learn.

  • Merry Christmas

  • 1000 just a heartbeat away.

  • PT, are you going to leave us for awhile after #1000? Is this song and #998 a prophetic hint of something...?

  • you nail it, Ricker! MC;)

  • let's move to Canada and start a band...ROFL.. Hello Doctor. :-)

  • Even at this early period they were throwing in unexpected chord changes - at least that's how it seems to me. Really, they just had a genius for melody.

  • Another fave from my fave group. Thanks.

  • So what's 1000 going to be. Just a suggestion but considering the season... John Lennon and The Was Is Over/So This is Christmas.

Hope you have a great Christmas.

  • how about rockin into the night for 1000

    Merry Christmas!!

  • Et peut-être pour la millième ... And maybe for the thousandth ... The beautiful John Lennon's song : Happy Xmas ( War is over ) ♫♫♪♫ ♫♪ So this is Christmas And what have you done Another year over And a new one just begun ♫♫♪♫ ♫♪ And so this is Christmas I hope you have fun The near and the dear one The old and the young ♫♫♪♫ ♫♪ A very merry Christmas And a happy New Year Let's hope it's a good one Without any fear ... ♫♫♪♫ ♫♪

  • 1000th video next!

  • I think the chord after A minor is supposed to be a G6 chord

  • Comment removed

  • @TheVasicist hes actually playing a G6 chord after the Am chord.6th string 3rd fret(G),5th string 3rd fret (C),4th string 2nd fret(E),3rd string open(G),2nd string 1st fret(C),1st string open(E).so it can be seen as a C/G or G6sus4.so hes playing a G6 chord.

  • @angela21215 Cool, thanks. Don't know too much about theory, so sorry if the question seemed stupid. I just thought that the chord he played looked like a C with a G in the bass.

  • Thankyou for sharing your talent and skills. Just out of curiosity, is there any song you *don't* know?

  • Gosh that guitar is beautiful. I love your Beatles covers.
