i think it could be a swarmandal, normally it is held differently, but I think that is what it could be. It's a harp from the Indian subcontinent

The man is white with the vest is playing dholki...the dude in black is deffinately not playing a drum.

The swarmandal is a indian harp...search it on youtube and you will find it is held differently. The man in black is playing something flat that is laying on the ground. It could be a santoor if not a swarmandal.
