I'm english aswell, but france are a force to be reckoned with lately, lots of extremely talented players coming up through the club's and alot of new funding is really helping them develop young players, 6 nations next year will be very interesting!
I'm welsh (so insanely biased) but I have to say that this is something special (and I'm old enough to remember the Edwards Baa-baas try - my dad was there). No suspect forward pass in this one either ;-) (sorry Derek), Strange how the best tries come from NZ kicking the ball away!
This is one of the greatest trys in the history of Union, since all the all blacks needed to do was kick the ball out to end the match but look at what the frogs did when they missed touch! An all time great and a series win to the Frogs who have TWICE put the all blacks OUT of The World Cup which WE hold and have done TWICE like The Aussies!
The French are all so close in their team and team hugs, kisses, etc happen all the time hench the word it was a 'gorgeous try' just as a Frencman I know once called it to me, I know it sounds a bit fruity but the French are a completely different culture
you don't get the point mate.. the only reason I said change the name.. to something like best try is that it would get a lot more hits... we know what the French call this try but not many others do.. and whereas everyone has seen GE try for the baabaas in '73 not many people have seen this one. the french are awsome and yeah they are totally in a league of their own.. had two of the smelly cunts as team mates for a year.. hahaha
I hate that this is an awesome try. This try was faultlessly brilliant.

Unselfish play from the number nine at the end. You don't often see that.

This is a gorgeous try that sunk The All Blacks and gave France their first series win in NZ on Eden Park.
It has to be one of the all time greatest tries in Union History and the best thing was it won them the series.
All The Choke Blacks had to do was kick the ball out but they missed touch.........the rest was gorgeous rugby!
