haha no seriously, go on your itunes, right click on the way louder song, then ... oops, I'll change my itunes language just to make sure I have the right words ... yeah so then click on "Get Info" and finally go in the options and just lower the volume

I sometimes have that same iPod problem. I just make sure I have it set to the same volume level on iTunes before I upload it to my iPod. But, sometimes there's just nothing we can do about it.
