Unfortunately, that is not a cyst it is a large staph infection! Hopefully you treated that with a strong course of antibiotics or else that staph will stay in your system and you'll find many more pus pockets such as this one in the future of various sizes. If you didn't treat it medicinally, please do so, and soon. Staph easily transfers in the blood sometimes causing blood poisoning if left untreated. Just a friendly FYI.
