Display Names on Phoenix Viewer

very helpful video..I was confused about how to log in with phoenix viewer while I only have a username..and by adding my username as a first name and resident as a last named, helped me to log in. :) thanks a lot

YES, THIS NEW VERSION & NOT being able to see this important information about NO longer having a LAST NAME is really POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I wasted my entire weekend arguing with RL friends telling them they were wrong that there HAS to be a last name in the sign up process & now clearly there isn't. BUT now I'm trying to enter the phoenix viewer with first name & the last name as RESIDENT & it doesn't allow me to even log in. AND, yes I verified my acct VIA the email i was sent!!!!! GRRRRR

@NormansTVProgram my issue with the display name is, i did change my name and it would not display my new name. had to wait a week to try again... BUT even that didn't work. i've even downloaded the newer version of pheonix. love sl but hatin' this process of this display name...
