Dies Domini

Castello di Gorizia,

Gorizia (GO) dal 26-27 Aprile 2008

Durante il 'Dies Domini' organizzato dall'Ass. culturale storico-medievale Meginardus de Goritia con la collaborazione del Comune di Gorizia per due giornate intere il castello di Gorizia e il suo borgo tornano indietro nel tempo nel XIII secolo attraverso una minuziosa ricostruzione storica di vesti, oggetti e ambienti.

Good work done between 3:30 and 3:49. A kind of facsimile to a scene to the Exorcist (1978).

The piece has been accompanied throughout it's length by a lovely flute melody of the middle ages. The interference of the individuals that are not dressed to the occasion does not make any bug difference. As it seems that the point of the piece seems to be to give a insight view of a Castle, in the middle ages, in festivities within the ark of 5 min.

Although one could say that alchemy in the middle ages was condemned and that a stand on the side of the road would have the price of the head of the poor man. We need to remember that outside of the walls of the castles, alchemy was defined as the work of the devil himself.

As of which, whoever was lucky enough to practice alchemy within the protecting walls of a castle and under the protection of the landlord was rarely seen. But very regarded very powerful. The more power it seemed the alchemist seem to have more obedience the people gave as less enemes try to attack.

A rough but good work from my personal point of view.
