Here is the deal. Say Samsung has the factory from 6am to 11am and ATT has it from 11pm-4pm and Motorola has it from 4pm-8pm. Finally a China company has it from 8pm-12. The same folks make all theses phones. So it's easy to duplicate at home or another factory. They are just that smart. So phone isn't really fake just doesn't have restrictions that Apple and ATT have put together to rip us off.

First version got 3.2" screen, later version will have 3.5" when I last checked. I like to be able to use the phone with one hand so I'll stay with 3.2". This phone got as powerful CPU as the iPhone and if you don't like the menu I'm sure there will be firmware updates available. The reason I don't buy from Apple is that you need to hack the phone before you can actually use it. And also the fact that they sell worth 300$ products with 800$.

Far away from the point that this is just a cheap and poor rip off, you will mainly notice the differences in the kinetic behaviour of the menu elements, the totally senseless use of cover-flow-alike pic view and the fact that the ui elements just seem like they've been done in paint.

And above all, this poor little chinese piece of crap runs WinMo instead of OS X Mobile.

It's like having a Pc that looks like a Mac in a certain manner but still runs crappy Vista.
