  • @Iriatv Believe it or not it's an interest that around 500 users on here have in trash trucks generally. It's just the equipment different cities use, we're all total experts on the manufacturers and everything lol

One example of a manufacturer is Mcneilus: just type "mcneilus" into youtube and see how many search results there are--gives you an idea of how many other people do this.

  • @Trashman242 believe it or not I have been trying to get on with the city this last year with no luck, they told me they are only firing, and that was there exact wording to. Driving for sanitation would seem like a kickback job, all I get right now is Demolition by hand and Lawn jobs. U see I drove 10 wheelers M35A's all over Germany

  • @Iriatv Try looking at another company somewhere else...? Hope you get lucky :)

  • What would u rather prefer drivin a rear end loader or a an automatic loading truck??

  • wow didnt know EDI was giving out those new carts already for 2 years!

  • If its any trouble can u tell me how many inches the the thing between the roto cart and the wheel is you know that pipe thing thanks

  • Yeah the dark grey PVC pipe-like thing there is about 1.5 inches. Why do you ask?

  • on the fully automated can right cuz i just bought a roto and i got new blow molded wheels and i dont know how long to cut the pvc pipe

  • It didn't come pre-assembled??

  • no it came with compressed plastic wheels and they fell of and then i bought blow molded wheels from roto

  • Where'd you buy your Roto cart at? And how much did it cost? I want one lol!

  • lol go to rotos website and there should be a link the 60 gallon one was expensive put the 30 gallon is cheaper about 70-80 bucks

  • Great Vid1

  • haha hopper party lol

your divers tend to drive slowly between stops.. any reason?

  • When in the video? I wouldn't say they necessarily driver slowly between stops...

  • well not slow bu slower than im used to anyway lol

most of my drivers hit15 mph between stops and skid 3 or 4 feet to stop infront of the cart lol

infront of every house there are skid marks so u know where the truck stops haha

  • LOL you should see my Xmas vids from last summer I was almost laughing at that the greens driver (one of our actual awesome drivers) would go real fast down some of the hills (unfortunately in an older truck) and skid every few houses and it's the same way in this neighborhood; skid marks every once in a while! There are actually at least 5 on every street, some even from the RR drivers :D Tomorrow when I'm out filming I'll grab some shots of them for you!

  • Who would throw balloons in the recycling?

  • LOL glad I was filming then, thought that was funny :))

  • Very nice one mate!! Love the sound of your Rapid Rails. It must be really annoying when people throw rubbish into the recycling bins, and then the driver has to separate it!

  • He actually doesn't really do that too often...

  • id be outta breath climbing all those hills gotta watch out for stray dogs got chased 2 blocks by a pit bull

  • Nice cul-de-sac footage. I noticed a few new Escondido Rehrig carts...are they not getting Roto's anymore?

  • EDCO and EDI have switched to Rehrig
