  • uhh uhh uhh uhh uhh uhh uhh

  • There is, and will only be "one" Edgar Winter. So talented, and such a big heart to give musicians such as Harrisburg, Pa.'s own "Dan Hartman" a first shot at fame. Rock on Edgar...always!

  • thats it!! change the world!!! thats exactly the truth about why we did it then and now... cant imagine what this country and the world would be like IF EVEN STILL HERE without guys like you Edgar. For sure you reached millions! helped change lives for the good!

  • It's still changing my life!

  • You were at Woodstock? You go boy. Your brother' s the nazz

  • Extremely talented, a Legend, and none of the egotistical fakeness of some others on YT that are self-proclaimed "artists"

  • So, that's what Johnny would look like if he'd never been a junkie?

  • Hey PBuck3, you'd better be careful. L. Ron Hubbard said that he, by himself, L. Ron Hubbard, *invented* music *trillions* of years ago. According to Hubbard, his name at the time was "Arp Kola," so you're messing with a cosmically major dude.

  • yea he was before my time ... i was curious who the man was ,im a frontdesk clerk for a local hotel that he is staying at ,,i met him and wondered who he was ,,gave me some tickets to his show...

  • spoke to him in newark airport 73 very gracious and down to earth

  • Interesting interview.. What gets me is I alway thought he was a southern boy,, but he actually speaks with a northern style accent.. Not that it matters. But seems like a smart man.

    .

  • @photo199 Well, Wikipedia claims that the Winter brothers were from Beaumont, TX, which is definitely about as Southern as you can get. My guess is that his accent faded after years of living on the road and touring, as sometimes happens. You'll still hear a "y'all" come out of Edgar's mouth here and there. :)

  • Edgar and Johnny...class acts and always loved their craft and upfrontness about explaining it........

  • Edgar was the dude that influenced, by example, Ian Gillan of Purple to do those screams. That's what Blackmore said in an interview.

  • I once got to see edgar and his band, at disneyworld lol

    he is a legend!

  • Intellectually fluid guy. His take is so clear and without clever mind games. Great series.

  • @EdVidz LOL What are you saying again.???? LOL he has always been that way, did u expect something else?

  • The stuff hes talking about reaches me on a very personal level. It took me a long time for me to accept the fact that I really have something to share and that music is much more than some fantasy land I go to to escape the world.

  • @PBuck3 He's repeating verbatim paragraphs from "Ron Hubbard The Music Maker" - great musician, but those Scientologists are practically hypnotized into repeating Hubbard quotes

  • @TheDragonCult dragoncult i have a question.Have you ever heard a true genius speak before. answer, you just did Edger can play with prudence every instrument that we know of he is the one man band! he also is the proverbial brothers keeper. not only did he dedicate his life to music to his brother also. eventhough he turned to writeing elevator music he is a true module in the industry.

  • Brilliant guy.

  • Very cool.
