I think this is really Aimee Mann's first solo album...Like "All Shook Down" is really Paul Westerberg's first solo album and not the last of the Replacements
I wore this record (Everything's Different Now) out I played it so much. Agreeing with one of the comments below--all the tracks on this album are fantastic!
I'm so glad to finally see this again. This really takes me back in time. Thanks for the video! From one of my top three favorite albums "Everything's Different Now". I still listen to it today.
Aimee is a great writter. Everythings different now was my favorite by til tuesday. Love this song, J for Jules and telescope. thanks for sharing this. I've never seen it
Back in the 80's, I was a fan of 'Til Tuesday. I just couldn't understand why they never really made it. Every album they put out was outstanding. Well, I saw Aimee Mann on YouTube explaining what happened.
It's sad that a band with that much talent would not get the support from their own record label. Well, Aimee is still performing but, now she's doing it her way. Good for you Aimee. Don't compromise when it comes to your music.
everything song is this album is master piece. im still dumbfound why Aimme Mann or this album can't get more famous because to me it looks like its one of the best album ever. i love the Aimee Mann's lyrics expecially. shes a genius and very beautiful. shes a goddess
I doubt she wants to be. She self-publishes as Superego Records, so takes home more than she would on a major even though she sells less records. And as for touring, she plays intimate venues that suit her style. I can't imagine her performing to 40,000 people or whatever, seems wrong.
yeah, aimee play bass live here. and take that, mr. letterman, lol.
at 1:36 i recognized michael hausman, the original 'til tuesday drummer. but i don't see the usual members, robert holmes and joey pesce. are they pretty much gone by then? or they just had a new hair style?
Aimee was cute playing that big ol bass, who would of known at the time she was so talented.

"Everything's Different Now" is a (lost) classic pop/rock album: it deserves more attention.

i dunno i think aimee's the only original member left at this point

They all quit because the record company ruined them.
Made them change their style of music and how they dress etc,
all the things that made them what they were.

THAT IS NOT TIL TUESDAY.
Other than lead singer, the rest of the band shown is not the original band.
And it sounded terrible compared to the original band.

@blliny It was because the other guitarist and keyboard.

This album, a gem. Such a shame they didn't get the recognition they deserved. Aimie is still awesome until today.

Love that fact that they actually play it live as opposed to lip sync. Great post thanks for sharing.
