Hip Hop is going down a long dark path where new ideas are scarce and rappers Gucci mane are soon to be its legacy.I am tired of turning on the radio and hearing pathetic rap songs by idiots that can’t even write their own names. The thought provoking artists are underground while the corporate puppets dance around like clowns, their souls being drowned in temporary material wealth, which their brainwashed fans in turn aspire to. Hip hop's original message of freedom and individuality has been hijacked and turned around into one of conformity and collectivism.

@3194shi Yes, exactly. They are those songs that take about 5 minutes to write and have the same words reapeted about 10 times. They have simply no lyrical value and have different versions of the same type of message. PARTY PARTY and some other typical things.
