We use water cannon's plastic bullets and batons here in Northern Ireland when anything starts up. The police in England needs to do that or else the they will never when against these crooks. Also I think Live Ammunition is too extreme plastic and rubber bullets will be just as effective and the water cannon's will flush out most of those Rats that wreck everything.

I find those laws amazing. The last riot that happened here (which the police played a large part in starting, assaulting students at a peaceful protest) there were water cannons, innocent people who were just trying to get from work were assaulted and at the end, when it was all over, they charged at people on horseback and drove at them in cars. People were left unconscious by police and afterwards nobody batted an eye.
