I understand your position personally on abortion rights , but isn't Freedom of rights more important. I value life as much as the next but for me to impose MY will on ALL women is ridiculous and archaic . Could you explain why YOUR opinion is more important than a particular woman's right for her own life choices ? How can that be honorable at all ?

I dont like the indian massacre, but that was NOT mccain. That was Lincoln/Jackson/ and other presidents of the 19th century. I hate what the government did to the indians, here in FLorida the seminoles are on a 50 acre reservation which to me is BULLSHIT. Theyd eserve more than that! If i were president I would most certainly make sure the Indians get at least 1 quarter to half of a state they live within. And let them live with our people freely and peacefully. I lvoe indians

Germany attacked th United States Cargo/passenger ship Lusitania. THE WAR WAS NECCESSARY, Maybe the spanish american war was not neccesary, the USS Maine blew up, but either way it was the shortest war, 3 months. While i dont agree with everything maccain does, I do not hate him because of his views on the flag or his ancestors. I dont hate him because he dislikes the confederate flag, I am pacive and accept other opinions. and he isa NOT a warmonger. He says that we would stay in iraq for 100 years if it takes that to establisha stable democracy, he didnt say we would be in war, WAR IS NECCESSARY sometimes. I have to disagree with you on McCain and War. The Spanish-America, WWI in particular were not necessary. Neither was the Federal massacre of the Plains Indian tribes or the conquest of the free Mormon Republic in Utah or many other Federal acts of aggression thru history. McCain came to SC, said he was ashamed of his ancestors & that they fought for the wrong side and that our flag should come down. He's basically against nearly everything I believe in except on abortion.

We are down to the lesser evil and that IMO has to be McCain as he can win. If Obama is elected there is little chance he will make it to office and that will tear this country apart. I know the advantage, to "shed our skin" to rebuild but I'm afraid that we won't survive it. Internal weakening as our greatest enemies are gaining strength leaves us too vulnerable to attack. So McCain. Also I think he'd be more likely to let states "stretch out" a bit and allow greater personal liberty.

If I had to pick one or the other - and understand I believe they're both terrible and insufferable - I'd pick Obama. No more 'lesser of two evils' for Dixie. If we're going to have an enemy in the White House (as usual) let's have one that will spit in our face rather than stab us in the back.

I like Baldwin since he's pro-Confederate and Secession but I've heard that he's not on enough state ballots to win. Barr is also pro-Confederate and Secession and he defended the Confederate flag flying over the Statehouse in SC. So my support will probably mostly be going towards him this election since he has a better chance.

But at the same time we need to be working towards freeing our homeland from this oh so imbalanced federal government of ours.

No hard feelings with my earlier comment, but i feel that the president is just a spokesperson for government. George Bush is a good man behind the spotlight, the government brought him in, chewed him up, and spit him out.

We need to be more direct with the cause however (or more public). as you said in the previous comment, "Neither speaks for the people of our homeland." i think that's because they don't see it as an issue...

while i do not like the Libertarian party per se, I think the libertarian movement and the movement for Southron independence share much in common. The Murray Rothbard branch of libertarianism, for instance, are anarcho-capitalist by nature and hold the right to secession dear. Check out Hans-Hermann Hoppe who also promotes secession as the logical conclusion of classical liberalism.

He's provoked and waged wars unncessarily around the world in direct defiance of G Washington's advice. He's ran up 7 years of massive debt. He's spied on his fellow Americans against the law. I am an unreconstructed southroner.

but in my opionion, to show only bad pictures of someone, like at :48 when it shows Bush "saluting like the nazis did" when he was simply raising his hand to wave makes you just as bad as a yankee. the yankees only show the bad parts of southron history and the good parts in northern history in youth textbooks. We cannot sink too low or independence will not be gained.

By the way, When i turn 18 in three years i will be much more active in the cause.

Baldwin holds more of my views, but Barr is on the ballot in Texas. I voted Peroutka in 04 but they didn't count it. At least they would count the Barr vote & get counted as a protest vote...
