approx. 7:00 mins into the video Ron Paul basically predicts the occupy wall-street protest. I also think it's interesting to note that he says the bank bailouts will be bigger news then bin laden. I would argue that the occupy movement was way bigger news then Bin Ladens death. In fact, if Bin Laden hadn't been killed in an Islamabad suburb news of his death would have been relatively small.

I had respect for Dr. Paul. He is a Gentleman and presents himself with class & dignity. I lost that respect for Dr. Paul when I learned he, as an intern, watched a baby be cut from his/her mothers' belly, put in a bucket on the floor and put in a corner to die while they all watched. @Sarahiskiss ron paul rejects science. Maybe he just doesn't like the implications? He said that climate change is a hoax and he doesn't accept evolution. There's over 30 years of global research confirming climate change. The vested interests want the public to think otherwise but the science is solid. As for evolution, there's over 150 years of confirming scientific research. Sorry ron paul, we need policy makers firmly in touch with reality. You clearly are not.

I had respect for Dr. Paul. He is a Gentleman and presents himself with class & dignity. I lost that respect for Dr. Paul when I learned he, as an intern, watched a baby be cut from his/her mothers' belly, put in a bucket on the floor and put in a corner to die while they all watched. What prevented him from taking that LIVE, CRYING baby out of that trash can and walking a few steps over to the Intensive Care Unit and saving it? He's lost my respect.

as an intern you say. So meaning if he went and did something out of pocket that he could get fired and would of never been a fucking doctor. And im pretty sure at that very moment that his views on abortion went from pro choice to pro life as it is today. Think before just ruling him completely out.

@scienceatheism Your comment is factually inaccurate.1) An intership is not a "job" that one can be "fired" from. 2) Dr. Paul himself, in a recent speech, said he KNEW, at the time. that letting that crying baby die in a trash can on the floor was illegal. 3) Intern Paul could NOT have faced ANY legal /medical punitiveness had he saved that baby. In fact, he probably wouldve become a National Hero. He simply lacked the Character to do so AND has never apologized for his inaction.

Dr. Paul has had over 50 yrs to publically apologize for his abhorrent inaction in watching that LIVE, CRYING baby die in a trash can on the floor when he was an intern. Were he to do so, he would CLEARLY & Instantly become more Presidential and restore a favorable light on his Character. Why wont he just apologize to that innocent baby that he watched be Murdered? A Presidential candidate should have the COURAGE to do that.

@thenewmike2012 Dear. As a med student, he would HAVE to learn how to perform an abortion. I think you have changed that story to suit yourself, but every med student (at least anyone going for G.P, back in the day) would HAVE to learn how to abort a fetus.
Now, personally, does Ron Paul support abortion? No, he does not. Has he performed one? I doubt it, considering his strong position on it, but still-- every doctor has done at least ONE D&C and has seen at least one abortion. Grow up.
