Elizabeth Weir was in charge until the replicators captured her and made her into one then the group of replicators tried to assend but it only left them as just a bunch of consciousness and Elizabeth returns as FRAN. Samantha Carter took over as leader of Atlantis then Richard Woolsey did.

Fabulous! little rodney in the back was pretty awsome! besides the Lt. Ford bit (he doesnt bite) it was great. but i suppose i wouldn't be able to come up with a better way to fit him in and since he did attack Michael (the enzyme) i guess it fits after all.

I Just wonder...what program do you use to create a animated movie ? I Can´t Find one !

You can download a flash trial from adobe's site for 30 days. :) That's what I drew all of this in.

You could always draw every frame (you'll need a lot to make it smooth) and put them altogether in a video editing program. Then you'd need to get sound clips and layer them up so it matches in with you animation, Audacity is good at doing that.

It just depends how much money you want to spend or if you can do everything before the trial runs out :P

Oh you should learn flash! It's one of the most complicated things you could learn, creating art in a time frame. But then again I don't think my brain is really ready for that.. :P There are some really great tutorials out there but none are as good as you trying stuff for youself.
