When I looked in the mirror I thought I looked fine but pictures say 1,000 words. I also agree, I just want to be healthy and happy. I have a weight number in my head but if I'm comfortable at a larget weight thats just fine as well. Good luck

You did a lot of the stuff that I am doing now. I topped out at 280lbs. I started Jan 1st at 268lbs and to date I have lost 34lbs doing a majority of what you did. It really works. I hate diets they dont last even if you stick to it long enough to lose what you want. This way you keep the weight off because you have LEARNED new habits. CONGRATS!!!! I want to get to 150 too. Great video. I am also natural and recently I became vegetarian. I was laughing when you shared the oatmeal experience. I too hated oatmeal and I literally almost gagged when I began eating it, but it's a little better now...lol

March of 2008 I was 240 lbs I started changing what I ate and reached 205lbs in May of 09 but after that I started to eat what I wanted too again. This past Monday I weighed myself again and the scale said 210lbs. My goal is reach 180lbs by the time i graduate in May 2010. In one week i lost 5 lbs. You inspired me to keep going I may set another goal to reach 160lbs by Dec 2010. but not sure yet. THANKS girl!!
You look okay now. Here is my diet secret. It works easy. Do salad at supper. It cuts calories out quickly for the day. By time you do a big plate of vegetables you are full of food. Your scale will go slowly with this tip. Remember oranges will curb your appetite.

Your on a good track. Lots of water increases your metabolism. Also increase raw fruit and veggie intake because thats very good to clean your system out as well. You look great and your hair is beautiful!
