The only problem I have when I use this is the steam user servers do not appear anyway even when it is selected in the menu it just does not find anything, otherwise it is brillantly done.

try downloading the .zip again from l4dmods (link to the right in "more info" details). I've included the centered menu in the package and also edited the intro clip to have the audio fade out.

like converting an .avi to a .bik ?

you must convert the .avi to .wmv to edit in windows movie maker. then publish that file in 720dpi and convert that file to .bik using Rad Tools. I used Total Video Converter to go from avi to wmv.
