Brewers Yeast is all I can do for you. It has worked for me and I have tried everything before. Avoid all sugar (no honey), exciting beverages, only water and fresh squeezed grapefruit or orange for breakfast. No readymade juices, too much sugar in it. It should be better in a month.
@rtakitful yeah brewer's yeast was amazing however, after maybe two months of use it stopped working on removing my acne :( but the first two months of using it was AHHHMAZINGGG!! i might try it again since it's been two years
@N0misterniceguy I used to use Cetaphil but now it's too drying for my skin. The face wash makes my skin really dry even though it says gentle cleanser. It contains sulfates in it. The Cetaphil lotion I do not like that either (tried it lol). I also used to use CeraVe cleanser but that one is now too drying also. I use the CeraVe cream now though. I like that one. Even though I have acne my skin is also really dry and rough feeling so I need to treat both things.
Hehe I was going to say "This is a very common thing in Norway, most kids grow up with it" and then when I saw the camera zoom in it actually says Norway on it haha. You can also get them in capsules if you don't like the taste :) Personally I never take it because it makes me like burp up fish taste the rest of the day haha xD But it is very healthy indeed.
@Xynne The lemon flavor makes it not have a fishy taste at all. It is just weird drinking straight oil but I don't mind it at all. I don't want to take capsules because that is just more stuff for my body to digest. I do not get much sun, even though I live in Florida. I war sunblock everyday. So, I can use the extra vitamin D too.
