you might be loosing fat but actually gaining muscle. weighing yourself on scales isn't always accurate because you may be gaining the same weight of muscle of what your loosing in fat!?

A body builder for example eats 5 times a day. Actresses usually eat every 2-3 hours. Of course, these are not gigantic meals, but light ones. It's been quite a long time since I read the following, but if I remember correctly, anything between 1500-2000 calories per day will not make you any fatter/slimmer. i am 198? pounds 5'80 and 15 years old not really healthy huh? but i go on the summer vacation to turkey and try to swim every day about 4-5 hours and eat healthy please wish me luck guy's =)

walking doesn't do really do anything it burns on average 204 calories per hour for the average adult? pace of 2.8mph my suggestion is cut down on what you eat you can still eat the same things just less and/or instead of walking try cycling the average cyclist burns between 650-800 calories an hour good luck

It's been quite a long time since I read the following, but if I remember correctly, anything between 1500-2000 calories per day will not make you any fatter/slimmer. Anything below and above it will make you slimmer and fatter respectively, If you exercise and consume 1500-2000, u will lose? weight

walking doesn't do really do anything it burns on average 204 calories per hour for the average adult? pace of 2.8mph my suggestion is cut down on what you eat you can still eat the same things just less and/or instead of walking try cycling the average cyclist burns between 650-800 calories an hour good luck

A body builder for example eats 5 times a day. Actresses usually eat every 2-3 hours. Of course, these are not gigantic meals, but light ones. It's been quite a long time since I read the following, but if I remember correctly, anything between 1500-2000 calories per day will not make you any fatter/slimmer. Anything below and above it will make you slimmer and fatter respectively, If you exercise and consume 1500-2000, u will lose? weight

you might be loosing fat but actually gaining muscle. weighing yourself on scales isn't always accurate because you may be gaining the same weight of muscle of what your loosing in fat!?

i am 198? pounds 5'80 and 15 years old not really healthy huh? but i go on the summer vacation to turkey and try to swim every day about 4-5 hours and eat healthy please wish me luck guy's =)

Skipping meals is the worst thing you can do. You should eat. Just eat healthily. And by healthily I don't mean these stupid 'healthy' food/snacks on? sale everywhere.. these are gimmicks. I am not an agent, I am not selling any product, I don't have any schemes that make you lose weight fast or anything. I am just someone who was once fat, and who worked (not a lot, 30 min per day suffice - u just have to know what/how to do), changed the way I ate etc.. But.. never skip a meal!!!
