  • walking doesn't do really do anything it burns on average 204 calories per hour for the average adult? pace of 2.8mph my suggestion is cut down on what you eat you can still eat the same things just less and/or instead of walking try cycling the average cyclist burns between 650-800 calories an hour good luck

LOSE KILLOS IS DRINK A LOT OF WATER SLEEP EARLIER AND MORE AND JUST EAT DINNER BEFORE 7o clock :), IN THAT WAY YOUR METABOLISM WILL GO HIGHER AND YOULL BURN FAT LIKE A BITCH !! :D (ps: if you want to go to gym dont go and build muscles etc.. tredmill will be your next best friend trust me :D) i am now 78kg and 182cm tall , fuck yea :D peace!
