actually, u can tell he's not actually prot in this video, because he was using charge, while in combat.. That's the Juggernaut talent in Arms. he may have a few in prot, but 90% were in arms here.

No he was full prot because Warbringer (the equivelent to Juggernaut in the prot tree) allows him to charge in combat, in any stance. Very helpful. I know this because he uses Shockwave, the last available talent in the prot tree. :-)

Lol I'm pretty sure that you didn't play during the beta. IIRC there wasn't a juggernaught tallent in arms tree, only warbringer in the prot tree. Also if you weren't blind you would see him use shockwave multiple times.
